Who are Difference Days?

Difference Days was born in response to a client’s request in 2009. Having previously managed many successful traditional staff events (off-road driving, clay pigeon shooting, treasure hunts, etc) for them, they challenged us to arrange a better/different staff team building day.

We were aware of a local residential home, for people with intellectual disabilities that was in urgent need of refurbishment and realised that if we got their team involved, we could create something wonderful. We developed the idea that our client’s team would come and work for the day, supported by us supplying materials and professional guidance. That first day was a huge success with everyone involved walking away feeling rightly proud of what they had achieved.

The rest is history, since then Difference Days have managed over 100 Difference Days, creating magic where it is needed, on behalf of clients throughout Ireland.
